BAZAAR TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Convention badges, provided by ICNA West, must be visibly worn at all times during the convention.
- Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
- Islamic attire, as determined by prevailing Islamic norms, is mandatory throughout the convention.
- Vendor agrees to adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- All items, products, and displayed or disseminated messaging must strictly adhere to Islamic standards as determined by the ICNA Sharia Council. ICNA West reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine compliance.
- The sale of food and beverages is expressly prohibited.
- ICNA West reserves the absolute right to immediately cancel and remove any Vendor promoting content or messaging that, in its sole judgment, contradicts Islamic teachings as approved by the ICNA Council of Sharia.
- The sale or distribution of anti-Islamic or pirated items is strictly prohibited, and Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless ICNA West (and ICNA San Francisco Bay Area) from any claims arising from intellectual property infringement.
- All Vendor activities must be confined to the assigned booth space.
- Solicitation outside of the assigned booth space is strictly prohibited.
- Booth relocation or expansion is prohibited without the express written consent of ICNA West.
- Displays are limited to a maximum banner height of 3 feet, and must not obstruct neighboring booths.
- Audio/visual equipment must be operated at a low volume that does not disrupt other Vendors or attendees.
- Vendors are responsible for the complete removal of all trash, debris, and personal belongings from their booth space at the conclusion of the Bazaar. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee.

A cleaning fee of $250.00 will be imposed for excessive trash, debris, or damage requiring additional cleaning. ICNA West reserves the right to increase the fee based on the severity of the damage.
ICNA West shall not be liable for any theft, damage, or injury occurring during the convention. - Vendors are required to obtain and maintain their own liability insurance with coverage appropriate for the nature of their business and the event.
- Vendors shall indemnify and hold harmless ICNA West (and ICNA San Francisco Bay Area) from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from their participation in the convention.
- Vendors are responsible for their own parking arrangements.
- ICNA West does not guarantee attendance.
- ICNA West reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any Vendor registration at its sole discretion.
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
- This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
- If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

CANCELLATION & RESELLING POLICY
- Payment: Failed card transactions will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Fees: The cancellation fee will be the higher of the following:
o Within 72 hours of booking: $50 per booth.
o After 72 hours of booking:
    ▪ More than 60 days before the convention: 25% of the total booth fee.
    ▪ 30-60 days before the convention: 50% of the total booth fee.
    ▪ Less than 30 days before the convention: No refund. - Cancellation Procedure: All cancellation or change requests must be submitted via email to bazaar@icnawestconvention.org. Verbal or phone requests will not be accepted.
- Booth Reselling: Reselling booths is strictly prohibited. Contact bazaar@icnawestconvention.org for refunds on unused booths. Unauthorized resale will result in cancellation without refund.
- Booth Reassignment: ICNA West reserves the right to reassign booths within the same category.
