What are the dates and timing of the convention?
The convention starts on Saturday, July 5th at 9 AM and ends on Sunday, July 6th at 2 PM.
The bazaar opens on Saturday, July 5th at 10 AM and closes on Sunday, July 6th at 4 PM.
What is the convention venue and address?
The convention will be held at the Santa Clara Convention Center which is located at 5001 Great America Pkwy, Santa Clara, CA 95054
What time should I arrive on Saturday, July 5th?
Convention Center doors open at 9 AM for the general public.
How can I attend ICNACON West 2025?
Tickets are available online for students, individuals, couples, and families.
Do I have to register online?
It is highly recommended to pre-register to take advantage of the discount.
Can I attend the convention for one day?
The ticket includes both days.
Do I need to register to visit the bazaar only?
Yes, you need to buy a standard ticket to visit the bazaar.
What is covered in the registration fees?
Registration includes access to all main sessions, the bazaar, youth and women’s conferences, and other sessions. Meals, hotels, and certain activities are not included.
How many family members can be included in family registration?
One family ticket allows six family members living in the same household to register. Additional tickets for a family member are $50 each, up to six additional members.
Is food included in the ticket price?
No, food is not included. Halal meals will be available for purchase.
What kind of food will be available?
Only Halal food will be available at the convention center.
How can I register for the Entrepreneurs’ Conference?
First purchase a regular ticket for the convention. The confirmation email will have instructions on how to register for the Entrepreneurs’ Conference.
How can I register for the Matrimonial Event?
First purchase a regular ticket for the convention. The confirmation email will have instructions on how to register for the Matrimonial Conference.

Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase and Event Attendance
Agreement to These Terms
By buying a ticket to the ICNA West Convention 2025 (“Event”), organized by ICNA West and ICNA San Francisco Bay Area (“Organizers”), you (“Attendee,” “you,” or “your”) agree to follow these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are a binding agreement between you and the Organizers. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t buy a ticket or attend the Event.
Ticket Purchase and Fees
- All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for any reason. This includes illness, travel problems, changes in your plans, or changes to the Event program.
- Ticket prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and can change without notice. We’re not responsible for pricing errors.
- You must pay for your tickets in full when you buy them.
Ticket Use
- Tickets can’t be transferred to anyone else. Only the person named on the ticket can use it.
- You might need to show a photo ID that matches the name on your ticket to get into the Event.
Your Conduct at the Event
- We can refuse entry to, or remove from, the Event anyone who:
- Breaks these Terms.
- Behaves disruptively or unsafely.
- Threatens the safety of others.
- Doesn’t follow instructions from Event staff / volunteers.
- Breaks any laws or regulations.
- Exhibits behavior or dress that violates reasonable standards of decorum and respect for others attending a community event of an Islamic nature.
- Doesn’t follow the Santa Clara Convention Center’s rules (“Venue”).
- Please be respectful to everyone at the Event. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
- You’re responsible for your own actions and their consequences.
Event Changes
- We can change the Event program, schedule, speakers, or other things without notice.
- If we cancel the entire Event, we’re only responsible for refunding the price you paid for your ticket. We’re not responsible for any other costs you might have, like travel or hotel expenses.
Risks and Liability
- Attending the Event has inherent risks, like personal injury, property damage, or exposure to illness.
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release the Organizers, their staff, volunteers, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to your attendance at the Event. This includes claims for:
- Personal injury or death.
- Property damage or loss.
- Financial loss.
- Breach of contract.
- Negligence.
- This release applies to any type of claim, even if the Released Parties knew about the possibility of such damages.
Your Image
By attending the Event, you agree that we can photograph or film you and use those recordings for promotional purposes. You waive any rights to approve these recordings.
Rules and Regulations
You must follow all applicable laws and the Venue’s rules during the Event.
Changes to These Terms
We can change these Terms at any time without notice. The latest version will be posted on the Event website https://icnawestconvention.org/faqs, and it’s your responsibility to check it. By continuing to attend the Event after any changes, you’re agreeing to the new Terms.
Other Legal Points
- If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will still be valid.
- These Terms are the complete agreement between you and the Organizers regarding the Event.
